My name is Frances Vidakovic and I’m a certified life coach of 20+ years with a degree in psychology, creator of 80+ courses, author of 20+ books and host of the INSPIRING LIFE SCHOOL PODCAST.
I help overthinkers live life more richly and achieve their goals, without sacrificing their family life or their sanity.
I do this by sharing all my very best expert coaching strategies inside my digital courses.
My areas of expertise are:
– Mindset and overcoming self-sabotage
– Intentional goal setting and action taking
– Time Management
– Plus fostering strong healthy relationships with both yourself and others
In a nutshell, I create online courses that help overthinkers become action-takers and achieve their goals in life, without sacrificing their family life or sanity.
If that’s on your wishlist, welcome – I think you’ve found your happy space!
The women I best serve are those who are tired of living life in a half-assed way.
They’re quietly strong women who feel called to do more with their one wildly precious life.
They’re both the dreamers and doers in this world.
They want to take more responsibility for their thoughts and actions.
They don’t want to keep wasting days on “what if” scenarios and would rather say “let’s go!”
They want to show up each day as if their life is precious.
They want to write an incredible story for themselves because the pen is in their hands.
When they fall down, they want to be able to get back up again.
They want to find the golden nuggets in all their struggles and experiences.
They want to be braver.
They want to be bolder.
They want to at least try and open new doors in their life.
Even when they are afraid, they want to be able to face their fears with more courage.
Because they treasure their family and loved ones.
They want to respect their time and days too.
They want to have more faith and belief in themselves.
Deep down they know they weren’t born to play small.
And they don’t want to live a life that is full of regrets.
They want to walk to the beat of their own drum and follow their own heart and intuition.
They want to believe it will always lead them in the right direction.
They want to do good in this world.
That’s why they come here for help
Because they care about themselves and others.
They care about their one precious life.
They care about doing what they can to make a difference in this world.
And they know it is up to them to make it happen.
Imagine for a moment that we’re having a get-to-know-each-other-better drink – this is the info I’d love to share with you.
1. When I was a child, I wanted to be a detective and was obsessed with Nancy Drew and Encyclopedia Brown. I was never without a book in hand – I would bring one every night with me to the dinner table and I would fall asleep under the bed covers with a flashlight on my pillow.
2. I’m an introvert who loves the smell of the nature, the warmth of a campfire and if I had it my way I would live by the sea because the sight of water makes me feel most at home.
3. My parents were both born and raised on an Adriatic Island where I lived for years after finishing university. Living on an island changed me irrevocably because I got to see the other side of life. My closest friends became people who had little but loved deeply, lived well, dreamed big and lived every moment as though it was possibly their last.
4. I never knew how much I wasn’t a “pampered princess” until I lived in a small village where luxuries were a rarity and I thrived rather than shrivelled without these things in my life. I value honesty, compassion, hard work and trustworthiness more than I do money or any other material possessions.
5. If I could be friends with one celebrity it would be Oprah. I have little care for negativity and people who suck the energy right out of you. I treasure old friends as though they are precious jewels worth their weight in gold.
6. I believe mistakes are the best lessons a person can have in life but only if you learn from them (if not these mistakes will just keep repeating themselves over and over until you finally get it!).
7. If I could spend my time doing ANYTHING, I would spend it writing and reading while travelling with my loved ones.
8. I’m always shocked when I discover someone hasn’t watched my favorite movies (and then make it my mission to watch it with them). My top five picks include: Run Lola Run, Stand By Me, The Breakfast Club, The Giver and The Shawshank Redemption.
9. I’m the eldest of three sisters and think the day feels empty if I haven’t spoken to at least one loved one who lives outside my home. Long Sunday lunches with my parents and extended family are a must (and also the BEST – my favorite day of the week).
10. My favorite words are serendipity and epiphany (just love the way they sound.)
11. I believe you can never have too many pretty journals, black felt-tip pens or summer dresses.
12. Oh and I saved the best for last. Family for me is everything. Everything!
