EPISODE 50 TRANSCRIPT:

IN THE END LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL

Here I will be sharing with you a chapter from my book WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND? 50 Truth Bombs to Change Your Life.

The lessons from this book also form the backbone for my MINDFUL LIVING MASTER COURSE.

But today I am sharing with you a free chapter today because I believe so strongly that this is information that every person in this world would benefit from learning.

This book WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND is different from all the other personal development books.

It focuses less on “what you need to DO or CHANGE” to make your life super fabulous and more on “what you need to UNDERSTAND” to make your life more manageable and special.

If you find that you are always fighting things rather than living in peace and going with the flow, this book will highlight 50 truth bombs that you need to understand to free yourself from that constant pain, suffering and torment cycle.

This book is the wake-up call you desperately need.

To live well and have more clarity and understanding in our life, we really need to embrace these truth bombs.

So are you ready now to change your life?

Are you ready now to understand?

So here goes: the lesson or chapter today is called:

IN THE END LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL

It is only fitting that the last truth bomb is a special one, even though it usually flashes much too late in life.

In the end, life is beautiful.

We typically don’t discover this until we are a lot older and have gained a proper perspective on the trials and tribulations in our life.

Having LIFE is beautiful, being alive is beautiful.

At the end of the day, beauty is found everywhere.

It is found in the mesmerizing heat of summer, in the falling snowflakes of winter, in the smile of your loved ones, in the innocence of a child, in the butterflies that flock your stomach.

Beauty is also found in the:

Heartbeat of your favourite songs,

In the laughter of your friends,

In the sun which rises every morning and sets every night,

In the diversity of life,

In the wonders of nature,

In the uniqueness of creatures and

In the strength of people who struggle through hardship every day.

Life fails to be perfect but it never fails to be beautiful – if you know where to look.

We have and need beauty to overcome some of the ugliness in life.

Bad stuff happens – there is suffering, pain and grief everywhere in this world and there are just as many situations when life doesn’t appear pretty.

That is the nature of this world but even still, life is beautiful despite these hardships and challenges.

We can make life more beautiful with hope, positivity, care and love.

Life is beautiful because we are free to follow our own will.

It is beautiful because we have the courage and conviction to fight another day and hope for a better tomorrow.

Life is also beautiful when you are touched by a random act of kindness that restores your faith in humanity.

David Hume once said: “beauty in things exists merely in the mind which contemplates them.”

People who are positive and happy generally look at things in life and see the best in the situation.

They choose to focus on the beautiful things in life – things like love, laughter, goodness, kindness and forgiveness. Beautiful thoughts make life beautiful.

The uncertainty of life also gives rise to hope, dreams, expectations and possibilities.

Things that we traditionally think of as difficult or a struggle – things like the ability to overcome hardships or emotional bravery are a gift to us, even though it doesn’t feel like it at the time.

At all times, we have this ability to emphasize with others and make a difference in our world.

Every moment in life has its significance and something beautiful to embrace, even if it doesn’t appear immediately visible to you.

Even when situations are terrible, this plight and suffering often prompts us to take action.

Sometimes it stirs within us compassion or encourages us to try harder.

Every moment in life is a chance for a new beginning and every breath is a reminder of how lucky we are to be alive.

In the end, appreciation of things is what makes life beautiful.

So, enjoy this beautiful gift called life while you still have it.

So, I hope you found this mini episode to be helpful.
